Each piece moves like traditional chess (pawns, knights, bishops, rooks, queens, and kings follow their familiar patterns). When you move a piece to a square occupied by an enemy, you “attack” that piece. Unlike classic chess, an enemy piece with more than 1 life won’t vanish immediately. Instead, it loses one life point. The piece is captured and removed from play only when its life reaches zero.
*This is a very early prototype of the game, which I coded in one free evening. I have more ideas for full game, So I plan to push regular updates on this page. *
